United was the worst they left me and my wife at the counter when we had 35 min to get to the plane and told us all well William Valdez and Samantha misavic were the worst after asking Samantha if I could speak to some one in charge she said she was and found out she wasn't . Way to help your military and newly weds. 4 starts united you suck and will never fly with you again.
All of the TSA here should be fired. So rude for no reason. Enjoy your $9 an hour power trip.
For being a smaller airport, MSO is always clean and the staff is welcoming. I have certainly gotten used to minimal to no wait time for security screening, and have to remind myself at larger airports that I need more time for this. Overall, I have never had a bad experience here.
The Delta Airlines counter was no help. We had missed a flight and had a 2 hour wait for the 800 number to call delta. We tried to talk to the Delta ticket agents and they would not talk to us till 2 hours before a scheduled departure. I waited in line at the United counter and They were so helpful they gave me another number to call and change our Delta ticket. thank you United.
