Went in for pedi and was told it would take an hour so I waited the hour was then put in a seat, couple minutes later a gal was sat next to me. I then waited an extra 30 minutes and the gal next to me was helped before I was. I have been there before and they were a bit rude. Just thought I should let people know this is the worst place I've ever been to. Walmart does it better than these guys.

I wished I'd read the reviews on this place before going here. I went in for a polish change on my toenails and a manicure, and it was the worst I've ever had. The lady was not friendly and obviously just didn't care. The polish job she did was horrid, you could see the line were she had put the 2nd coat, and it was all over my fingers. I should've saved my $35 and had my 6 yr old niece do it instead. Go someplace else to spend your hard earned money.
The worst. I had an appointment for 7:00. Sat there for half and hour, just waiting. When the owner finally came over to do my nails I asked if she was going to be able to give me a discount for sitting there for half an hour not to mention I drove up from Hamilton just for this appointment, had people waiting for me, and a trip the next day. She said she would "take $5 off, that's the best she could do". I walked out.
I'm writing this review while I'm sitting here getting a pedicure with my mom. We are both shaking our heads listening to the two girls focus more on their gossip than our toes. We don't want to hear you bad mouthing a fellow employee about taking a week off, and we don't care what you gave your dog for dinner. We work two jobs per day, and couldn't help but chuckle that they were complaining about not being able to take a break at the beginning of their shift. Love the owners of the company, but they should really look into cleaning house and hiring people with better work ethics.
