Party America in Missoula, MT has the floatiest balloons I have ever seen. I also like the freshness of their Tootsie Rolls. They have the best deal on individually wrapped Tootsie Rolls and other good candy. Their friendly staff is helpful and courteous. They gave me some much needed assistance in picking out an appropriate Halloween costume. They don't have any of those really nasty costumes like the naughty nurse ones I saw at the Spirit store.
It is what it claims to be, hilariously, charmingly, humbly so. Always a worthwhile stop
