Entering, browsing, I was not greeted nor assisted.
Cashier greeted me asking if anyone helped me today, I honestly answered "No". Then the rest of the conversation was cashier #1609783 speaking to me in a curt manner; friendliness, if you can call it that, was crudely disguised with artificial kindness.
If I could give 1/4 of a star instead of 1 star, I would.
I'm an over the road truck driver so I shop Victoria Secret & PINK all across the US ...alot lol. I have in general found Victoria Secrets to be very friendly & extremely helpful but Missoula MT has by far THE nicest GENUINELY friendly group of employees!. .even interacting with each other. I have never bothered to post a review on anything or any place before but this store definitely deserves my time to write a review. Awesome customer service and REAL warmth in Victoria Secret & PINK Missoula MT!!!
I found what I wanted, then went to make the purchase at register 003.
Jenn is amazing ask for her if u go in. She doesn't try and talk u into what u don't want. She helps u find exactly what u need! ALL staff members were friendly and helpful to me. I'm currently plus sized and still they helped me find sports bras and workout pants that fit well and that I felt cute in to return to the gym :)
If I could I would give this store zero stars due to very rude service and the manager not caring how her employees treated me!!
Great selection, helpful staff, and typical Victoria's Secret prices. However I have noticed this location does not participate in many of the game giveaways that most locations do.
