It's a walmart. Decent pricing . Convenient shopping for hardware as well as grocery. But the customer service is lacking .
I fundamentally don't like this company, they are a blight. But they have what you need and don't need. They reinforce our societies addictions of gluttony and sloth. I am boycotting them till they change their abuse of fellow blue collar workers.
Personally, I hate Walmart so I try to avoid it at all costs but when I have to go to the people here always friendly and I never have to wait... but, I also never go there on Saturdays never go there on Sunday mornings and I try and make sure that I'm never there during a peak time... just saying...
My husband and I went to this store on the 18th of November, the cashier was so slow that we were in line for a half an hour just waiting for her to help 2 other people. I understand it is close to a holiday but she just didn't want to be there. We were very disappointed with the service.
Check out has been faster since they added the scan and go registers instead of a cashier
We really liked the store hours (as we arrived at Missoula late in the evening) and the selection of groceries was quite good. The price tags, though, seem to be significantly higher than north of the border (Alberta, Canada) considering the current exchange rate. It used to be the other way around for the past decade.
