I made an order online through the company Flowers from You that works with this company. First time ever ordering and they screwed it up. Sent the flowers and chocolate but not the 15$ teddy bear I ordered. Which would have not been a big deal if it werent for the attidude and run around i got when i contacted them.....When I called flowers from you to fix it they couldn't get a hold of flower bed and said they left a message.. so I asked for the direct line and they picked up right away. When I spoke to the employee she was not apologetic at all and blammed it on a printing issue. First impressions do matter in this situation. If they would have been more apologetic and simply more sincere towards me I would consider giving them another shot. Something that I wanted to be special for my sister turned into a headache. Never again will I deal with this company.
The Flower Bed did the flowers for our Wedding this month and they were absolutely beautiful. I had dreams that they weren’t going to turn out since they have such great prices but they were prefect. I had a general idea of what I wanted and they made it into a reality!! Kathy you are amazing thank you for all your help. If I could post a picture on here I would because words just don’t describe how beautiful they were. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone
