I am a truck driver and was making a delivery to the BMC in Missoula, MT. Last time I was there I sat at the main gate for over 30 minutes before anyone told me where or how to check in. So the next time I made a delivery I did what was told to me the last time I was there and wouldn't you know it. I got yelled at and was called every name under the sun. I tried to tell the yard Forman what was told to me the last time I was there but he just kept going off on me. So I pulled back around and sat at the main gate. There is no signs telling us drivers where to go or what to do to check in. I will never do any business with BMC again.
Very unprofessional. I ordered a door and waited three weeks. When the day came when I needed the door, no one was to be found. I called five times during the three weeks to make sure the door was on its way and every time I was told I would be called back with an update. I was never once called back. At one point they even said they could not find my order. My deadline came and no door. I called three times before someone answered, and when they did I was told he would call me back. When I didn't receive a call, I called them three more times and left two messages. I will never do business with this company again.
