Always great customer service with Randy Mitchell Allstate Insurance. I have had Allstate for many years and never had any negative issues. I had a lady run a red light and plow into me and total my vehicle. Thankfully I had fairly minor injuries considering the impact. Allstate covered my car rental and medical expenses before the other party's insurance kicked in. I have also found Allstate has the best prices for excellent coverage.
