This place is a total joke! The owner does not care about his customers, unless they are regulars and they have money! He puts his employees under some harsh work conditions. And ALLOWS sexual harassment between co workers to happen there, as a married couple works there and he allows them to kiss, hug, use bathroom together in front of other employees, even if the other employees arr not comfortable with it, he finds it "refreshing". I WILL NOT use this dry cleaners again. I would rather drive 50-100 miles to another dry cleaner than support this kind of behavior. And not only that my clothes did not even come clean, and my black and white outfit that was brand new and in perfect condition, came back ruined. The white was a bluish grey when I picked it up, and the owner, or his employees did not even care, and blamed it on the manufacturing of the outfit. This place has ruined a dozen of my outfits, with not even trying to make it right, or offering to replace the item. I WILL NOT be back and I am thoroughly appalled at this place!
Excellent service! When my husband was invited for an interview, I panicked because his suit needed cleaning and we only had a couple days to get it done. It was a lot to ask, but they were happy to expedite his suit for me. They also did my wedding dress, and shirts and vests for my husband and his best men. inhave only good things to say. Hubby gets his shirts done here and I appreciate that they don't smell like chemicals. Nice people but some are sort of rough looking. Seems to have a large turnover of staff, always someone new. Employees don't appear happy. Must be a tough business. Expen$ive.
Dry cleaning smells better w this process than the standard chemical process; and the people are great!
