Rude and abrupt. Said he had a buyer "ready to go" for $97 - I told him that the area he mentioned was a bit of a trek for me - he simply said "I'll find another buyer" then hung up.
This is the biggest ripoff for real estate leads, and that is saying something. I used this service in 2014, did not get one usable lead. The company did not reinstate leads as promised. I made the mistake of signing again in 2017, because I was assured they had changed policy. Nothing has changed. Leads are worthless, usually much less than $50,000, no credit, no cash, ... I am giving 1 star only because it would not let me post zero
I wish there was a minus star. Worst experience I have ever had! They send you clients that could never buy. Many wanting lists of rentals or public housing authority. If only I would have checked the reviews. Never again hope this will save another agent from a costly nightmare.
Tricked me into signing up saying I can cancel a lead within 7 days if I cant work with them, so I tried to cancel a lead & they told me it was a good lead even though what the buyer wanted didnt exist. I was able to cancel service but they are keeping $500.00. This is basically stealing. I asked to work out a compromise, I would split the difference but no. Unbelievable!
I've been with Real Estate Pipeline since 2015 and am very happy. You are the only agent in your area, which means you don't have other agents calling your lead and you don't pay for bad leads. They also have a great system of keeping track of your conversations with the lead. Love this company!
