this is not a good school
As a non-7Th Day Adventist, this couldn't be more unbiased. Our son was in kindergarten at Mountain View last year, and he's there again this year for first grade. We adopted him a bit less than two years ago; and he had had a very hard life before. He is blossoming in Mountain View. My wife and I, and our son love it. The teachers are wonderful, and the kids are wonderful and he is learning very fast in the mixed grade class. We don't agree with all their theology, but the areas of disagreement will not cost me, my wife, or the SDay Adventists our salvation. Since when will any two Christians agree on everything anyway? I'm very sorry Ms. Brazington had a bad experience somehow. I hope her negative review isn't just based on theological differences, and I hope she actually had a child attending the school. A fair review would require these things.
Mountain View Elementary School provides a spiritual environment where students in kindergarten through the eighth grade receive a well-rounded Christian education. Dedicated Christian teachers present a comprehensive accredited curriculum, enriched with numerous extracurricular activities such as community service, swimming lessons, snow skiing, music performance, ice-skating and others. The students at Mountain View Elementary develop respect for self and others along with a growing passion for learning in an organized, challenging, and interactive environment.
Since this is all about our opinions, I think it's probably the best elementary school in town, and we're proud to be a part of it and fully support it.
