Despite going directly to Global Travel and talking with an agent about a family vacation, the agent took the information down on a sticky note and then never bothered to call me about reservations. She appeared very disinterested in the trip I was planning for my family and her lack of response indicated, she wasn't going to help plan it. With such service, I would not use Global Travel again.
