I spent/financed 5k at this store. The couch I got was garbage poor quality and uncomfortable. I contacted the store and the owner told me to get more stuffing and stuff my couch to fix it... seriously. After 1 week of having it . They won't take it back they won't do anything to fix this problem other then send me stuffing to fix the couch. The couch has no damage no smoke no let's no nothing. I will never never never buy anything from this store again. I wouldn't either if I were you. Oh and they lied about the financing and said I would have a fixed monthly payment because of a promotional... not!! Very unhappy
The main reason would be because this is where I work been here since January 2nd since the day it open going on 7 months now beautiful place beautiful store and if you have not been here yet you should come.

All I can say is wow! You just lost a customer for life. I will be taking my business back to furniture row where people actually greet you and try and help you find what your looming for. I am a salesman as well and whoever the manager is here at Ashley furniture teach your people to to give great customer service. Me and my wife literally walked in and walked around for about 20 minutes and not one person even acknowledged us and we walked passed like 4 sales people. Haha hopefully this review will help with future customers
Needed to purchase living room furniture and wasn't really interested in purchasing anything from Ashley, however after scoping out the furniture scene in Missoula it soon appeared that Ashley was going to be the best bang for my buck. I ended up happily purchasing a 14 pc living room set with the help of a wonderful sales associate, Mackenzie. Mackenzie was friendly, informative, and honest. The 14 pc set is nice because you can choose different pieces to mix and match from different sets. I personally had a great experience at the Missoula Ashley Homestore. If you go in, I recommend you ask for Mackenzie. I am very excited to receive and enjoy my new living room set.
The manager Jeff was great at handling a table exchange for me. He went above and beyond and was extremely patient. I would highly recommend working with this crew if people for you furnishings!
