We purchased a couch and love seat. The couch was available for pick-up right away. The love seat never came in. We paid for it in July, now he doesn't answer the phone or return messages. It's been over two months.
Joel was very relaxed and easy to work with. His reasonable prices and quality products sold themselves, I appreciated that he let me wander the store without hovering over me trying to up sell. I ended up spending much more because he wasn't pressuring us. Quick shipping, we ordered the Cali King on Thursday and enjoyed our first nights sleep on the following Monday.
We looked all over town for a bed set and finally found one here! Joel was very nice and offered extremely fair prices for the items he sold. We ended up getting a mattress, foundation and bed frame for 50% less than anywhere else in town. The outside of the store looks a little shady, but inside it's neat and clean. They didn't keep much in stock, so the only drawback was timing of delivery, but the good prices make it worth it.
My girlfriend and I came to Full House Furniture because of the great reviews and we were very pleased with our experience. The owner, Joel, didn't bother us while testing out mattresses, which we really appreciated, and was very kind and helpful during purchasing. We searched other stores and websites for the mattress we purchased from Joel and we saw prices over twice as much as we ended up paying! The deals are unbelievable and the customer service is great!
Terrible experience from start to finish. While I was looking at the sofas, I felt that I was inconveniencing Joel. I ordered a sofa purely because of the cost. I was told it would be in the following week and I would get a call. After 11 days, I called over and over and left several messages. No answer/no response. I finally drove 86 miles round trip to check in person. The sofa was in. Really annoyed!
