Great hot yoga
I was visiting Missoula from out of town. The staff was very welcoming. I felt at home right away. The instructor was knowledgeable and helpful with positioning and offering various options for depth of poses. The studio was a nice environment and the room was nice and hot!
If you like hot yoga this is the place to practice! Popular spot so get there at least 10 minutes before class.
Best yoga in town! Beautiful space. Knowledgeable, compassionate instructors. Right downtown in the heart of Missoula goodness and energy!
Not worth the drop in rate. Facility and rental mats were not worth what I spent. Instructor didn't give instructions in a sufficient way to a true 'mind's eye' centered focus. Basically spoke too fast and was seemed new to teaching.
