Finally a real Barber Shop in Missoula! Only been in twice and had the pleasure of Mel's service both times. He is extremely skilled and dedicated to his craft. I have no doubt every Barber on staff provides the same high level of service and skill. If you cannot tolerate a few instances of growing pains in a local business, there is always a Cost Cutters around. They do not make appointments, you will have to wait and it is worth it. I had to leave and come back the next day, beacause I didn't have the time. No big deal, it's a haircut, a damn good one but be real here. There's obviously a reason for the wait.
I really wanted to like this place. I really did because the concept was amazing an unique. However, I went four times and each time I did there was over a two hour wait. This last time I went in 30 minutes only to have the only barber talk for over 10 minutes about a scam he had. Then he made two more calls over 5 minutes and proceeded to walk outside leaving one guy with a half haircut and me and another customer waiting. They really need more people on staff who are professional.
Went in today and Shadrack took care of business! Very happy with the cut, sir - thank you! Also, I went this morning and didn't have to wait at all but I have been when it is busy. Make sure you have time and you'll get a great cut from these guys!
As of the reply...Is this the way you speak to all your customers? Like I have said, not only lack of service. Now they demonstrate a lack of professionalism in character. Of course it's a scam it doesn't take a brain child to understand that. However, it should be reported to the owner to handle and continue with service. Not being interrupted numerous times only to have a general conversation with the lady on the other end. Come on man. What is this, business amateur hour?
Took my 6-year-old in for his first fade. I HIGHLY recommend Mel. He was great with my son, and made him completely comfortable. He left there asking when his next haircut was going to be. Not to mention he looked like a stud with his precision lines. 100% RECOMMENDED!!
This is best barbershop I’ve found in Missoula. Mel did a great job! Was very impressed!!
Also, an individual should not have to wait over an hour to hour and a half four times for a cut. Get more people cutting....geesh. you're losing profit.
