I really enjoy working with Sarah Faaborg - she is incredibly professional and I LOVE seeing her every time.
I provided a less than amazing review because of the support staff that answers the phone. Case in point was this morning when I called in for my partner to check availability for a pretty important appointment. The receptionist incorrectly assumed he was a new patient and chided me when she realized he wasn't a new patient. I think a little humble pie would do her some good. We pay your pay check and there is NO reason to be rude to anyone let alone a customer. I would write her up on the spot based on my interaction.
I will continue to see Sarah because she is AMAZING but I hope for the my sake that the receptionist is coached to be NICE to people instead of MEAN.
My 3 year old was seen for a nasty ear infection. They said our prescription would be faxed over to our pharmacy immediately. We have been waiting for over 2 hours and they have yet to fax the prescription over. I've left 2 messages and talked to the front desk staff. We will not be going back to this clinic.
