State Farm is fantastic, but Scott Lucier's office is very disorganized. I had to call multiple times to get confirmation of renters insurance sent to my new property management firm when I moved, and then this week was informed that my renter's insurance was being cancelled because I no longer reside at my apartment (this is news to me). Repeated calls to his office have gone unanswered. I just called the State Farm central office and requested a change of agent.
Scott and his Staff are extremely friendly, thorough, and accommodating.
