We have insured with Shawn since shortly after he opened his business. In shortest terms he is the most "user friendly" insurance agent we have ever used. He has made several visits to our insured properties to assure us and himself that we have been insured adequately and has found policies that have been very competitive with other quotes. I have worked with Farm Bureau Insurance for years and have ALWAYS had a good experience. I was with Allstate for a short term, but after 4 years in Missoula, I reevaluated my house/car coverage and FB was better with increased coverage at a lower premium than Allstate and Farmers. Shawn Friedeman has made my MT FB insurance experience the same as my Idaho experience and I appreciate this. He was very easy to work with and was attentive to my needs/concerns with the insurance needs for my family. I feel very well covered. I would recommend Shawn Friedman and Farm Bureau Insurance to others. (Luckily, I have not had to file a claim at this time.)
