called twice and got conflicting information on how to transfer a title out of a revocable trust. These people do NOT know their stuff!

the DMV is, well the DMV...the staff was very helpful and I was able to get in and out...if you need a license go the the satellite office on Palmer FYI, for plates go to the courthouse on Broadway..
Told the woman at the front desk I was there to get a MT DL since I had just moved back from Washington. She told me to take a number and have a seat. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and when my number was finally called they told me they don't handle that sort of thing and I should go to one of their satellite offices. How is a drivers license not something the DMV handles and why wouldn't they tell me I was in the wrong place before making me wait 2 hours?!?!
Understaffed, you definitely want to reserve an appointment online (which you have to do a day in advance). They do have a couple muted TVs to watch.
