Is it just me or do they not have a on hold option anymore. Every time i call it says. Sorry we are experiencing high call volumes. Goodbye
"Were currently experiencing high call volume" well at least give me an option for y'all to call me back. The caseworkers are absolute trash as well. I hate having to call them.
If i was able to rate ZERO STARS i would. On hold for 2 1/2 hours- very short with me- no information. Im sure if i was an illegal immigrant I would get helped right away.
No one wanted to help or even acknowledge me, extremely rude and cranky basically I had to beg and cause a scene
Started my case on the 25th had to come back in twice finally actually got it approved on the 18th of the next month( there mess up twice) basically dont plan on going in there an getting everything you planned on doing done in one visit there
