Called Missoula office about pieces of mail I had questions on, Joyce answered the call and was outright rude, worthless for helping. I got conflicting answers from my conversation with her and a previous guy I had spoken with, which was nice and helpful. I hate to call back, wait on hold and get the same grouch back. I am sure they are not poorly compensated down there, no reason for the rudeness to anyone.
My daughter is still in high school and was 18 in September. Her benefits stopped do to turning 18. She's still legally eligible for benefits under my SSDI. Turned in paper work in August and it's not fixed yet.
Missoula, MT, Representative said she would call at certain time. I waited over an hour. No call. Then try to call her back, and the number on her letter won't let you talk to anyone. You have to know your representative"s last name or extension. Rep. Has not provided this information. Therefore I have no way to call her. Seems almost intentional.
