Got our food and everything was good, but my kids wanted some tomato and cucumber. I went up to pay for a side order of them and the employee said "we don't do sides, sorry." I said, "what if I had added extra to my sandwich? It would have been free right?" "Yeah." "But you can't give me a couple tomatoes and cucumbers?" The veggies were sitting 1 foot from his hand. They were not busy at the moment. "No you have to order them at the beginning." "So there is no way you can charge me for them or give them to me because I didn't add them earlier?" "No, sorry." Super weird interaction where some inane corporate rule kept my kids from eating a couple tomatoes and cucumbers. Bizarre.
I always get my sandwich perfect every single time. The fact that the owner of all the Missoula Jimmy John's franchise offers free cucumbers Tomatoes hot peppers extra cheese is very impressive compared to other cities where they charge you out the nose for these extra sides. Will always return to this establishment when I'm in need of perfect sandwich.
It took over a half an hour, but once I called and spoke with someone they were very nice and corrected it. And it was very fast the next time. Restored my love for Jimmy John's!
bad customer service two times. one of the employees wanted to fight me and the other time the employee got edges cuz i asked for a refund cuz i needed to leave and they were moving slow
When making a sandwich you evenly distribute all of the ingredients making every bite the same. Obliviously not here! I ordered avocado spread (Spread implies that one would spread it on the entire sandwich) on a BLT and they literally put a clump the size of a pinky nail on my sandwich. When I came back up to the counter and showed the teller there was no avocado on my sandwich asking if he could put some on he informed me the avocado was in between the bacon. It was not. Again showing him this, he promptly got his manager. I explained the same thing to him who told me he could not put avocado on my sandwich, but would be willing to make me another one, exactly the same way.
