The service was poor and the Pizza was horrible. Guess I am done with the Hut.
So in all, I don't suggest this to friends, and I definitely don't suggest it to guests at a hotel with 250+ rooms that is sold out through-out the summer. Good job, Rose, way to drive customers away with the horrible attitude and incorrectly prepared orders. I feel sorry for the delivery drivers who have to take the brunt of it all.
I work in the hospitality service industry and know what it's like to be in customer service. I also work at a nearby hotel and all my coworkers have agreed (before I even told them about my experience) that they do not suggest Pizza Hut to guests because of the horrible service guests receive.
Good and fast service. Nice salad bar and great wings!
The delivery guy was extremely rude about the condition of my apartment. We didn't receive the Ranch we ordered. I work in the food industry and it's not difficult to treat your customers with kindness and efficiency. Delivery time was quicker then normal.
Worst pizza chain in Missoula. Total rip off, and terrible customer service. The customer is never right, even with orders placed online that you can clearly trace and look at, and when the manager is in the wrong they lash out at the customer instead of using any type of problem solving.
So I called corporate, who confirmed that my order was not prepared as ordered and gave me the exact amount of store credit -down to the penny- to get another pizza. I'll give them another chance at this point and order online. Well guess what... Rose was working that day and still didn't make the pizza right. I called in, and she "remembered me" but didn't have the time or complaint right (this is a year later due to trying to get a refund, so I bet she pisses a lot of people off and just assumes who they are) and told me it's my fault. Ugh! I will never order Pizza Hut again at this store until Rose (who deserves to be reprimanded, demoted, or mainly fired) is no longer working there.
The manager, Rose, was completely rude when dealing with a incorrectly made order. I ordered one pizza online and received a pizza that was basically the opposite. The driver returned to the store with the pizza after seeing the label on the box and looking at the pizza. I called the store and told them that I placed an order online and the pizza wasn't made to order. And oh man did she just was snippy at me, swore (not the f or c bomb, but heck, suck it, s***), told me that it's to bad and to suck it, and that I would not receive any other pizza and it's my fault. I asked to speak to another person or manager, and tried calling on different days and at different hours but always got Rose. I never got a pizza for my purchase and was never refunded money - my bank tried hard but the store didn't respond in a timely manner.
Just horrible, mean, nasty manager Rose.
Great salad bar options. Very clean and friendly service! Being from out of town, it was a bit out of our way from the hotel.
