The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I have bought several things there a puppy that died a few days after taking him home. I was blamed for him getting the Provo virus when the vet proved it came from them. Us and a friend got hamsters from them and they both died within hours of leaving the store. Again they blamed the kids for it. Now for Christmas we got some fish for we were in the mall and did not want to go across town. Yes they are dead to. They guarantee their product but push come to shove they will not and it is always your fault. Do not go here. Take the time to go across town.
