Need to help Garden City Plumbing reduce their workload as they have no one available for weeks. No 24 hr service (as advertised) No plumbers available for emergency situations. Don't waste your time if you need a reasonable response time to an emergency situation. They are understaffed and untrained in customer service over the phone. Call someone else in town. I found 3 very nice, fully staffed companies today on Google. They all expressed sincere concern and put me on a list for the next available plumber. I just gave them all 5 stars!

Absolutely loved their professionalism on the job. Awesome rates quick repair .. the competition's price was much higher. The wait time for their competitor was two days before they could even get a technician out to our house. I'd recommend Garden City over temp Rite repair any day.
I give them one star for a respectful repairman. I was overcharged and was not informed of their "Customer Bill of Rights" which you see on the final bill second page (ask for it) before they start. They are supposed to give you a written quote before they start which I didn't get until it was done. I recommend you get several bids or quotes before you have them do anything.
