Jason and the other folks at Hellgate Plumbing are fantastic to work with. They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Recently, our old water heater broke over the weekend. We called them on Monday morning, and they were able to fit in an appointment on the same day. We also just purchased a Fujitsu heat pump from them and are very happy with it. It's been keeping the house warm this winter, and I'm looking forward to testing out how it cools the house in the summer. Hellgate Plumbing is my first choice whenever we need help at our house, and I'd highly recommend them!
Friendliest company in town by far. In a time of need I called over 35 HVAC places and everyone was quick to say " they're busy". Although Hellgate could not repair the heating unit we have since we are in a mobile home. Brandi they dispatcher was amazing helping us find a person that could help. Great Service. I can see why they are rated 5.0.

Hellgate Plumbing and Heating has provided me with prompt efficient service. They even called to remind me of the appointment. I had them fix a leaking shower fixture and some outside faucets. Then I discovered the side arm water heater was corroded and leaking. They checked out that it had a warranty which I didn't know about. So slant Fin provided a new tank and they replaced it. They discussed all options prior to replacement. They warned me that it was going to be expensive, but atleast I didn't have to pay for the tank.
