Unbelievably poor customer service. Employee asked for my rewards number, made the sale after I specifically asked if there was a reward promotion and was told 'no.' After the sale I discovered a flash sale email offering a coupon. I returned to the store within 20 minutes and was told there was nothing the could do because it was as a home delivery order. They gave me a customer service number that I called in the store to find customer service was closed - which the two employees admitted they knew the phone number would not yield a representative until Monday (it was Saturday evening). Horrible customer service experience.
I purchased a pair of skechers here. After about a week they started to fall apart. Famous footwear has a no returns or exchanges policy so im stuck with a $60 pair of shoes that are falling apart.
Not a very good impression! We walk in the doors and the first thing the lady said is we close in 10 minutes!! Ok well good evening to you also! Very rude customer service if you can even call it that!! Even my 9 year old said that was rude! Not impressed, I won't be returning to that store!!!!
Usually can find what I'm looking for and with the buy one get one half sales, prices are pretty good.
