Justin walked us through "Airstream School" and did a fantastic job. This was a great experience despite the overwhelming amount of information. He was energetic, patient and very helpful. He even fielded an evening call after his shift was over. Highly recommend these guys!
My wife and I went to Bretz to trade in our one year old Class A Winnebago for a Montana Fifth Wheel. Not only did we drive away with a trailer we love but they also gave us a great deal on a 2016 F-350 that was taken in trade from another customer. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try any "sales tactics" that we've experienced from other dealers. Of note, Scotty, our salesman was a gem. He called us regularly to let us know how our deal was progressing and even called several times after we took delivery to ensure we were happy with our new rig. Billy, the finance manager, was open, honest and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Lastly, Tara, who familiarized us with all of the features of our new Montana fifth wheel was knowledgeable, genuine and dedicated to ensuring we knew everything we needed to hit the road. I don't normally give five star ratings to any company, but Bretz EARNED this rating by doing the right thing across the board. If you're in western Montana and in the market for an RV, Bretz is the place to git r done.
Good place to shop used travel trailer. Service and price were what I expected. We dealt with a sales guy named Micah. He was not too pushy and showed us what we were looking for without any trouble. Jesse Holsapple taught us about the new trailer which was very helpful as it is my first one. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
We were very happy with the entire process . The staff was very patient throughout our day-long examination of different units. Salesman Dewey Wright listened to our questions, did not pass judgment on our preferences or ideas and helped us get to the decision that we were comfortable with. He also made it clear that he would do what it took to keep us happy with our purchase. Bill Logan worked through the financing thoroughly and transparently but with great humor, making it a relatively painless process. In addition, Jesse did a great job of showing us through our unit, making it an easy transition. All told, it allowed us to walk away satisfied and ready to enjoy our new unit.
The sales staff was respectful and informative. Thad did a fantastic job. He was very professional and was not pushy at all. He was patient and sincere.
