Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Huge selection of gear and bikes. Always fun to stop in and look around. Haven't bought a bike from them but would if I had the funds. Met a lot of traveling riders here, cool to meet other people doing cross-country/continent treks.
I'd been on the road for a month and needed tires. The sport touring tires needed for my Honda were not readily available in much of Montana. I called Big Sky from Red Lodge and sure enough they had the tires in stock. Although my bike is not a brand Big Sky carries, they were able to schedule me for three days hence. Long story short, I arrived a day early, mid afternoon, they got me in . GREAT SERVICE, FAIR PRICE. Thanks Buster and crew. You people are the best!

I walked into the Dealership in the market for a bike for my son and I and ran into Patrick. Was interested in a good resale dual sport/adventure bike and Patrick showed the best bike for the money and was way up on the top of my son's list of bikes.
