Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to price-match Michael's for my order of pre-cut mats. She can also get all the mat colors that Michael's has, and her glass is more affordable. I also bought a readymade frame and when I pointed out a nick on it, she really went to town and kept it overnight to touch it up and make sure it looked perfect. Nice informal atmosphere in the store, and she also hosts student art shows in her space. Highly recommended!
