LA Design Custom Framing is more glitz and glamour than anything else. Not sure if it was the turnover in staff, training new staff members, but LA Design required a lot of hand-holding by me to get the jobs done. I was promised a turn-around of 10 days and it took them over one month to get less than a handful of pieces framed. Not only do I NOT recommend LA Design, but I will never use their services again.
