As a breast navigator, Living Art of Montana is one of the first places I sent my patients to for emotional support and healing through art and nature. It is a supportive environment for expressing all emotions through self expression. Watching the participants share their journeys through creativity is like watching an amazing transformation. I was introduced to living art at a difficult time in my life when I needed a place to go where I was accepted for myself without being judged for my limitations. We are not expected to be proficient at the art projects, but to come and enjoy ourselves while experiencing community and being exposed to the many talented artists who give of their time. Living rat's programs are a real lifeline for so many as we pursue wellness in all areas of our lives.
