We have been fans of Tarantino's pizza for a while. Recently though I have noticed poor customer service. Two weeks ago we ordered online (which we have done in the past, no issues!) and when I got there to pick the pizza up the two young girls at the front counter took 15 minutes to figure out that the kitchen never got my order, even though the front did and that it would be another 1/2 hour. They were completely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I asked for my money back and ate somewhere else. Tonight I gave it another try and while they had my pizza ready, their customer service was lacking. I walked up to the counter and 4 people watched me come in and they all looked at each other waiting to see who was going to help me. Not to mention no smiles, no "Hi how's it going?" nothing. If you're like me and you can't stand when people in customer service have NO customer service skills, dont go here.
Went there on Friday because they advertised gluten-free. Ordered GF breadsticks, and was served regular. Waitress said ‘oops’ when she brought the GF out; sick for two days, I have Celiac Disease. Management gave a week apology when called on it; then again what is the correct response to negligently poisoning someone?
Didn't go into bar next door tonight.
Also during our visit the help brought out someone else’s order and left it on our table for about ten minutes before they scooped it up and took it to someone in the bar. Can only imagine how often that happens; we did not taste or touch, but I’m guessing others have or will.
Pizza and big dipper ice cream....perfect on a hot night. Love the outdoor seating.
Would not recommend this place due to the obvious health code violations, poor service, mediocre food!
Next day do not hear from manager before the afternoon, so I call and request to speak to them. Am told that there is still no manager and nothing can be done about it yet and that they do not know if or when a manager will be in. Very upset that this restaurant does not seem to have anybody in charge that can handle even a messed up pizza order.
Ordered a 5 topping pizza for delivery. It arrived in excellent time. Unfortunately the pizza was missing a couple of toppings as well as smooshed to one side of the box and the toppings all to the one side of the pizza. Called immediately to complain and was told that there was no manager available to take care of it and that if I left my information the manager would call me first thing in the morning.
Excellent crust but kind of expensive. I've enjoyed all but one of the pizzas I've tried. Their Thai pizza was totally gross to me. I like onion, but my goodness. I'd maybe look for some improvements to that recipe.
