Its a nice place to shop for a vehicle, the sales people are on salary so they do not strive to rip you off to get that commission. Great customer service and friendly people. We were making a road trip and the tranny in our Toyota corolla died. We looked around from a Kia Sorento and the first place we called was billion in Missoula. Long story short they got it ready for us to look at the day before. We got there around 10:00 and was out of there by 14:00.
Looking for parts Dept. But closed early. That doesn't work for schedule. The salesman greeted me, of course, as salesman do. But we already own brand new optima turbo and Kia Soul but pulled up in a new f150. He mentioned a third Kia. They don't make a truck!!!! Keep with the ovals!!!
Called on a truck that they listed for sale, here it was out of state, over the phone salesman AJ said they had "several" vehicles on the lot that was close to what we were looking for, we drove 55 miles (one way) upon what he said, got there and he wanted to figure out financing first before looking at any vehicles, we refused, wanting to see inventory first, they had nothing close to what we were looking for, a complete waste of time, we purchased a vehicle elsewhere...
They got to work immediatley on a warranty vehicle. even ordering parts it was a 2 day turn around great job kia!
