This car buying experience was without question the best my wife and I have ever had. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, and very friendly and easy to deal with. No hassle! At all!
I bought a 2011 Ford F150 from them. The buying experience was good and I left feeling good about the experience. Less than a week went by before the speedometer needle broke and laid in the bottom of the housing. The temporary fix was a ball point pen spring around the needle shaft. Mark Eide wouldn't do anything. Next I became aware that the lit up bezel around the speedometer had lit markers that didn't line up with the 10 mph increments of the speedometer, they were at 20 mph because it was a converted Canadian F150. Mark Eide (owner won't take any responsibility for the kph to mph conversion that resulted in the broken speedometer to begin with or the wrong instrument cluster for U. S. A. vehicles.
