The staff was great in getting me quickly checked out to make my flight when getting our infant granddaughter ready took a little more time than expected, cutting our time short. Cheerful and helpful and stress
Had a great experience with the Enterprise at the Missoula Airport. Very fast and friendly customer service. Getting the car (and dropping off) were very easy and they seemed genuinely interested in me as a customer.
It was definitely a good Enterprise and I know I'll use them again.
Great friendly service at the counter and the car ran as expected, but the cleaning could be better. It was very obvious the inside of the windshield had not been properly cleaned in a long time. That's kind of a pain, and somewhat dangerous, when driving into the sun.
Samir was a wonderful representative at the Missoula, Montana airport. He even went above and beyond to help me find my jacket at the airport, which I dropped in the parking lot. Thank you so much, Samir, keep up the great work. My car was perfect for my trip and all went perfectly.
My only feedback is, I had never used a keyless car before and had a momentary issue of starting the car. I had pressed the button, which turned on the car - as I needed to navigate to my hotel, but I was unaware I needed to put my foot on the brake to actually start it. Rather than get out of the car and walk all the way back through the airport I decided to call them...you can't just call the desk and ask them a question, you have to go through a lengthy voice automated system, pressing several buttons before that happens. Because that took so long I was able to figure out how to the start the car on my own.
When the car reserved for me was not available promptly the counter staff gave me a higher level car at the same cost. This even though the wait for the original reservation wasn't excessive. Good customer service, friendly helpful staff.
