I will never again go back to this dentist, I live in Polson, and was referred here to have some work done on my son who is 4. He required surgery, and had a bridge piece made up. 6 weeks after the surgery we were on our way to getting the bridge piece put in when we get there they tell us basically they never sent the mold off to get made, so it was a completely wasted trip, so we rescheduled and I had to make another trip down. This time we get into the office, and find out they made the piece wrong, of course this was after 3 times of trying to put the piece in, not only is that process uncomfortable but it seems really painful for a little guy, they continued to try to make adjustments, but every time they made an adjustment they wanted to put it back in, and my son got fed up and he wouldn't let them do it, they wanted to reschedule for 6 months, this is after already waiting over 2 months to have the thing put in in the first place. So after that I took it to my dentist in Polson, who confirmed they made it completely wrong, he was smart and took a mold of my sons mouth and adjusted it to that mold, so all he had to do was try it in once, confirm it fit, and than glued it in. but not two days later one of the caps that MPD put in came off, luckily my dentist put that in with no major issues, now just today another two months later, the bridge piece broke, and one of the teeth came completely off, my son is so traumatized by all the work done to him by these dentists he is so scared to go back, I blame Missoula peds for the whole thing, and would caution anyone going there.
