Dr. Meng added charges to my bill for services I never received. Then the rude receptionist argued with me about the charges for ten minutes before Meng came and fixed her mistake on her own.
Dr. Miltko admitted his receptionist should have shared with me my out of pocket expense for the work I had done before it was done, but still insisted it was my mistake for not knowing what my insurance would cover, even though I was never told how much my work would cost.
Not worth the hassle to go to this office. Plenty of good dentists in town and Partnership even has a sliding scale while this place doesn't. Dentistry sucks enough without people being rude or messing up your billing in addition. :)
