At Missoula Pediatric Dentistry Dr. Tiede goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care to all patients. She is patient and kind. It is Dr. Tiede makes sure children feel comfortable and brave even through challenging appointments. Young children often feel nervous or scared in a healthcare setting and it is Dr. Tiede's primary goal to make sure children feel safe. Dr. Tiede explains all services to parents and makes sure they have a complete understanding of all proposed TX before leaving the office. As a registered dental hygienist I am proud to be apart of Missoula Pediatric Dentistry team!
Price gougers. Treatment plan $2000 higher than family provider. Worst customer service ever experienced. Dr. Foley wouldn't remove a rotten tooth because she was too busy, despite repeated requests and pain complaints and repeated requests in advance of appointment.i would give 1/2 a star if I could.
I first met Dr Tiede 15 years ago when I was working with severely developmentally disabled adults. At the time she was one of the only dentists in our state who was willing to work with clients in that realm. I was impressed with her professionalism, guenuine kindness and caring for these clients whom are frequently looked upon with disdain and discomfort in the general public. Her calm and guenuine demeanor won over even the most difficult client.
Very rude staff. The Dr yells at the children while they are in the chairs if they are sitting still or if they are upset and crying. I have also clearly heard her yelling at her staff while sitting in the waiting room.
6 years later I had my first child and began bringing him. Now with the birth of my 3rd son I look forward to continue seeing Dr. Tiede, Dr. Foster and the many caring staff. We've had several emergency teeth issues (3 boys) that their office was immediately willing to see m. They always tell me exactly what is happening, I have never had any issues with procedures happening without my consent, they even accept my unwillingness to use flourish without giving me a lecture. I feel confident that my children are reciting top notch quality care, we are all being treated with the utmost respect and that at any time I can discuss any concerns or issues I may have with them without any repercussions.
