I can not say enough about Dr Nelson and his team! Saturday night I was eating dinner and hear/felt a crunch in my mouth then lots of pain! My filling had fallen out! (Not one done my Dr N) and I called his emergency line and within about an hour Dr N himself called me back!! He told me what to do for the pain and how to fix the sharp edge and told me his team would call me Monday. Monday at 0802 I got a text from his office and they STAYED THERE LATE!!! And got me in after their regular appointments!! Best service EVER!!!! I would recommend his office to ANYONE!!!! Thanks Dr N and staff for helping me! I hate going to the dentist but love seeing the amazing team! These people take care of their patients!!

Dr. Nelson is efficient and friendly, and he always leaves room for questions. The staff are lovely people as well. I had four fillings, and they scheduled them all within a month's time. Average office visit was between 40-50 minutes from door to door. No complaints on the tooth work, I'm happy with it. I also really appreciate that they accept Medicaid insurance, which is the only reason that (much needed) dental care is feasible for me at this time. It is rare for offices to accept it, at least in my experience. So that was a major plus.
Lynnea was helpful and encouraging with any questions/concerns I had before & after my appointment, she offered flexibility and understanding for future scheduling making sure I was guided and taken care of.

I have visited this office 3 time to have work done. I have many more visits in the near future and really looking forward to them. Kind of weird saying that about your dentist but the doctor and staff make you feel very at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone searching for a dentist.
