Knocked me out and stole my teeth! I had to go in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. They were able to get me in next day and were extremely helpful. I'm not the easiest patient as I am terrified of needles, dentists, and surgery. They completely understood and helped me ease my way through it. They even followed up to check in on me the next day. Amazing people doing amazing work.
My son had his wisdom teeth extracted here and the medical staff was great. Unfortunately the administration end needs serious improvement. I had to pay a down payment of $800 which I did however the money was posted under another patients name. I noticed this when I was ready to sign the credit card receipt. I told them of the mistake and they said they had to run my cards again. I advised that wasn't going to work since I didn't count on needing twice what I was told. They tried again and it declined as I stated it would. I recieved 5 calls today today looking for payment because they can't figure out how to move the payment from the wrong patient to the right one. I told them they need to issue a credit before they re-debit my account. There is no credit so I refuse to give them more money. If they made the mistake why should I pay for it? I do t have a problem paying for the services but I am not paying for it twice.
Dr. Morris is the best! I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted and felt completely normal the next day. I highly recommend him.
I was refereed to get my 3 wisdom teeth out and during the consult Dr. Molles looks at my teeth and says (arrogantly) " This will be an easy one. It will take 30 min or less to have them all out." I then go to schedule the appointment and not until i am almost walking out the door they inform me that the total charge for getting 3 wisdom teeth out will be $2600 and they require $800 before they can start the procedure (ALL FOR 30 MIN OF WORK) This is a perfect example of our great health industry trying to drive the average person into the ground. I then called around and found that driving up to Kalispell it would cost me $1100 to get them all pulled. Needless to say i would not recommend Oral Surgical Associates in any way shape or form.
Amazing staff and they were able to accept me last minute for a tooth extraction. DR Gama was super gentle and made me feel very comfortable as I had a previous bad experience a few years back. I highly recommend Oral Surgical Associates.
