Spinal fusion L3 through S1
I was in terrible pain. The radiologist and two doctors didn't see what Dr. Beck saw on my MRI--a large cyst that was compressing the nerve at L5-S1. Dr. Beck knew exactly what needed to be done and scheduled me for surgery within a few days so I wouldn't have to make a very painful road trip home and back. I didn't take a single medication of any kind for pain after the surgery whereas I was on heavy drugs, which didn't even alleviate the pain, prior to the surgery. I am most grateful and highly recommend Dr. Beck.
My wife was using a walker to get around. One year after her SI joint fusion, we just completed a 7 mile mountain hike that included 1100' elevation change and rocky, uneven ground. Oh yeah- no walker, not even a cane. Thank you, Dr. Beck!
