Blue Mountain is my primary health care provider, and I have always felt warmly welcomed when I go in for a visit. They have a great play area for children, and are clearly focused on their patients' interests and lifestyles. The care I have a recieved there has been prompt, honest and informative. The Doctors always call for follow-ups, and overall I wish more health and dentistry experiences could be like those I have at BMC. They have a very professional staff, and I have never seen a bad attitude amongst any of them! If you support women's health, support BMC!
Your first experience with Blue Mountain is of course with the girls at the front desk to check-in... and they don't make a god first impression. They need to leave their 'bad day' mojo at the time clock when they get to work. They get grumpy and snippy with you as well. Even over the phone they don't seem to like their job. There is nothing worse than a front desk team that doesn't realize they are the first impression team as well.
The Dr's and Nurses on the other hand are exceptional. Always smiling and wanting to help you. Dr Ravitz, P.A. Kelly Polus are very bright and caring! I would actually not go to blue mountain clinic because of the receptionists are just not happy campers! (There is only one receptionist there that is nice and her name is liza) I don't think I have ever seen her not smiling or grumpy! HATS OFF TO HER
