Her nurse misunderstood a voice mail message and Dr. Cady wrote incorrect info. in my chart as a result. She refused to correct it even though she indicated she understood it was incorrect. She said that if I wrote a letter explaining it she would put that in my chart but then she didn't. I basically don't feel I can trust her.
Dr. Cady postponed her vacation to answer my phone call and provide advice. She recommended my seeing an on-call physician at the clinic and made sure she left him a note about my problem.
Poor bedside manor. Disorganized office.
