I so wanted to love this place and have been there several times. The inventory is very good although we did not find what we were looking for. The main issue is the surly staff who treat you like you are an idiot (if you can find them), and the selling process (where the words "The showroom is open and we are buying furniture now" apparently translates in UFS-speak to "We are not buying furniture but you can call the owner to make an appointment and maybe in a few months...." Really inconvenient and frankly I can't be the only one whose valuable time these people have wasted. So you know what? Any discount a good ebay search wouldn't counter just isn't worth the hassle at the end of the day.
I love, love LOVE this place, I moved from a 5th wheel I was in for 3 years to a 4 bedroom house and I got the furniture I needed to go with my antiques to make my house a home. I bought my house so I was on a strict budget and was still able to afford some absolutely stunning furniture. Everyone there is just great from sales to delivery A+and perfect!
Friendly, non-invasive staff, large and constantly rotating stock. Found an amazing matching couch and chair for less than I would have probably paid for the chair alone, had it been new.
