Terrible service and rude. Went in to purchase a toilet flush handle... was told that they are specific and that my model was not available anymore. I would have to purchase all new "guts". Went to home depot and got one for under $5... fit and function was perfect. 2nd... Went to purchase a home water filter cartridge, they quoted me $49, found online for $16 (I understand some markup but this is ridiculous). Lastly, and my final straw with this company, needed a plastic allthread for a bathtub shower wand. Even had the part number from Keller (who they share a building space with) and without even looking at my paperwork, stated they could not get those and that I would have to purchase a whole new shower wand. No good, dishonest, and lazy about sums it up... I would not recommend Thomas Plumbing to anyone
Awesome! Where to start? Aside from all the obscure little parts that you thought you'd never find, the free advice and the encouragement (to an older DIYer), they did a nice job with a plumbing repair and reasonably, PLUS they saved me $2,000 plus on a drain repair recommended by an inexperienced videographer from Brown's which was not needed! What more do you need?
They way overcharged me for a simple 70$ overall gas leak fix I could have done myself. I paid 260$. and they think barely 15 minutes of labor costs 120$. Make sure you ask anybody else than these guys unless you want to be overcharged by 100%. They're robbers in plumbers clothing.

Thomas plumbing is something okay. Not as great of a shop like it used to be. They do so so work. They moved all the PVC fittings into the shop garage. They used to have PVC fittings in wood bins in the rear of the retail NOT ANYMORE! Couldn't find some of the PVC fittings I need since they moved them into the back forty. I used to like Thomas plumbing in 2014 or before but now I think new owners taken over. Not the same Thomas Plumbing.
