They hide behind an operator and phone system
So annoying. Even though it's a local phone number, you get stuck calling their main operator in Boise or something for their entire company. You can never just simply get a hold of anyone at a Western State Cat store...

Funny that you have to listen to a half hour of recordings while on hold about how good their customer service is and they won't even let you just call the local store and get in touch with someone at the counter.
You have to twist their arm to get anything done. Never again.
