If you are looking to maximize strength while getting into shape this is the place for you. They offer an Olympic oriented approach to training. Members have the option train with the owner (he is there all the time) or get a great workout without feeling like they are on stage. I wish I would of had a coach and gym like this in high school. I would recommend this to every athlete that simply wants to be stronger and perform at a higher level.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're looking to get stronger. Will look forward to working out here next time I'm in Missoula.
This place is great, the owner is friendly and accommodating, if you like to lift weights this is the gym for you. Dressing room showers, free weights, a few cardio machines, very reasonably priced, I was paying 15 per week. An excellent rate for a great gym, owner made me feel welcome. Can't say enough good things about this place. Has monthly and yearly rates.
