I thought everything was good until I got my glasses from them and realized I couldn't see. They got the prescription wrong then didn't help me at all. Never going back. Dont trust the "electronic optometrist" it DOESNT WORK!

The staff is awesome but that dr. Thoman is a total jerk. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for many years and I have never dealt with such a rude, non professional and belittling "professional" before. If I can convince even one customer to take their business somewhere else then I am glad. I suggest we all stay far away from him.

Made a big deal of their 30 day return policy if unhappy with a $450.00 purchase. Then did not honor it.
LensCrafters wont do anything for me so now I have to go to another doctor pay another $120 so that I can see.
